We have always enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. We received the house as a shell and invested in a completely new kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The apartment is located right next to the beautiful city park, where you can use sports facilities, take a walk or simply enjoy the sun with your blanket. The shops are also within walking distance and there is something for everyone in the vibrant New West. We live on the 10th floor (US counting) and therefore have a fantastic view over a large part of Osdorp and see the Schiphol Tower. The neighbors with whom we share this floor are all very nice and pleasant to communicate with. Especially the garage where we can park our car makes the living pleasure complete. The property has always been well maintained. An early morning cup of coffee or tea in front of the window with the morning sun is what we will miss most about this apartment.


You will live in a recently maintained apartment complex in Osdorp opposite the city park.
The accessibility is excellent; in front of the door is a boarding point for tram line 17 with a fast connection to the heart of Amsterdam. Within 5 minutes, tram 17 will take you to Lelylaan Station with options to transfer to the metro, bus and train to Schiphol and Sloterdijk Station.
Thanks to the ring road A10, A4 and A9, the apartment is also easily accessible by car.
For daily shopping you can go to Osdorpplein shopping center which is 5 minutes (walking) away.
