You enter the hall, which provides access to the living room with kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances and through the kitchen you have access to the garden.
On the second floor (US counting) there are two bedrooms at the front. At the rear is a spacious bedroom.
The bathroom has a (jacuzzi) bath, a separate shower, sink and second toilet.
There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
ADDITIONAL
Public transportation is a short 5-minute walk away. The Amsterdamse bos is within cycling distance and for groceries you can go to Lidl, Albert Heijn or Jumbo at the Groenhof shopping center.
Parking is public and can be done in front of the door. The house is easily accessible by public transportation.
