SURROUNDINGS

Zuidwende is located on the corner of De Boelelaan, Van Leijenberghlaan and Beethovenstraat, opposite the developing prestigious Zuidas.

The apartment complex is located near the Gijsbrecht van Aemstelpark, the Amstelpark and the Beatrixpark, around the corner from the Amsterdamse Bos and the Amstel. The Kalfjeslaan and Amstelland nature reserve are also within walking distance. There are many good shopping facilities in the neighborhood including the modern and luxurious shopping center-Gelderland Square. where you can shop. Parking is easy in the garage under and around the square. With the public transport you are so in the center!
The express tram takes you to Amstelveen, while the bus stops in front of Zuidwende.
There are also several restaurants.
Very convenient location with respect to public transportation (tram 5, 16, 24 and express tram 51, various bus connections) and near several roads (A10 motorway Amsterdam).

Train station Zuid and RAI are a short distance away.
